Can I add space to a formatted drive

Modular

I have a 25GB partition that has XP installed on it and it's running out of space. Can I make it larger without reformatting and reinstalling Windows? I have plenty of space on the other partition.

How's your disk partitioned? If the partition XP is on is a primary partition, you can extend it by eliminating another logical partition on that same physical drive and adding it to the
XP partition with the Diskpart command.

Here is an easy to follow step-by-step tutorial (check the 'extend' part).

Dunno if it works on XP Home though.

Partition Magic also works well with this.

However, it's not free. I'm sure you can work that out. 😉

 Well worth the money, IMO. Should solve your problem.
