This is the problem with ATOT. Nobody can be serious and give the OP a serious answer. How are people ever going to learn if all we do is fuck with everyone? I am starting to think that PhineasJWhoopee is right. :|
OP
Once a hotel has your money, they can't kick you out. They took your money. If they kicked you out, they would be stealing from you and that is illegal.
You can break windows, tear out walls, play loud music, underage drink, whatever you want.
Rock stars know this and they do it all the time.

complain to management. you weren't doing a freakin thing, fast asleep, and douchetoggle knocks on your door accusing you of something you didn't do and threatening to kick your ass out on the street.pretty much what we were doing. it was about 5am and we had all passed out around 4am and this douchebag knocks on the fuckin door
I'm pretty sure the OP isn't as rich and famous and powerful as a rock star.
Go ahead... go stay in a hotel for a week... on day 2... play your stereo & speakers & bass at volume 100...
I've been evicted from a hotel room in Lake Havasu...so yes. They can and they do.
I'd like to go on record here and state that I wasn't on the register though. I was just part of a party of 3 sharing a room. We were partying, we invited a family up from the pool area and the idiot we were with was passing us off as LAPD...he even went so far as to call the front desk and ask if they minded if we wore our guns at dinner. There was another issue with a shrimp cocktail exploding and then real cops showed up while we were eating dinner at the hotel restaurant.
It was a wild night and we did manage to procure other accommodations (one without bars in the windows) and the next day we rented a speed boat and went out for breakfast. We flew back to Santa Monica that afternoon in a little Cessna that the guy who got us in all this trouble owned.
It was a weekend I'll never forget...I've met some interesting people in my life. The ironic part of it was that the only gun we had with us was mine.
