Can electronic transfers be made from an ING account just like any normal checking account?

Just wondering, since that's where I have the money to pay for tuition and my school accepts electronic payments.

depends, some institutions only let you link to checking accounts (chase being one.... grrrrr). otherwise, if they let you link to savings, you should have no trouble. there's a link somewhere that will show you the routing number and account number to put on the form.

They do accept savings accounts so I guess ING is just considered the same as any normal savings account?

I noticed it jumped to 3.15% today too. Still short of some of the other places, but still nice.

And as always, PM me for a $25 referral.

EDIT: Pffft. It's off topic.
