can dash clock stay fullscreen (at lock screen?)

I have dash clock as my lock screen widget, but it is not staying at 'full screen' when I unlock my phone. I,e the default is the weather, and battery on the right side of the time. I can slide down and it will show all of my extensions. I want that to be my default so i can truly have see all my extensions in one glance.

Is this possible?

The ROM has to support full screen widgets on the lock screen. Most stock ROMs don't. I believe Cyanogen does.
