It should be able to handle it, depending on what else you have in your system that's drawing power. I think the VS650 only has 2x 6-pin PCIe connectors, I think the 770 needs a 6- and an 8-pin, so you will probably need an adaptor.

Curious question, why a GTX 770 which is pretty out of date at this point? Are you getting it really cheap?

Good question.

And the PSU probably wouldn't break a sweat at all, probably more than you need for that.

the 770 is really cheap its clrearance sale here.
half price of an ghx 970

I'm running a GTX 970, 4.3ghz 2500k, 4HDDs, 2SSDs, Sound card, and 24GB of RAM on a XFX XTR 550 PSU. 650W is more than enough for any single graphics card setup.
