Hi I recently run a scan on a harddrive with mp4 and avi and mkv on it, I am not sure if I clicked automatically fix file system errors and/or bad clusters but whether I did or not would that of corrupted the video files in any way like caused to have glitches like I'm guessing clicks in sound stuff like that

Very unlikely. It's more likely that the drive has issues and was not cleanly unmounted the last time you used it. If it's an external drive, do you use the 'safely remove hardware' option when disconnecting it?

Chkdsk wont corrupt a file that's already 100% fine. If the file is already corrupted in some way where chkdsk picks up on those sectors and attempts to repair them, it could *further* corrupt the data in a way that makes it unreadable. The odds of this happening are very slim though, odds are it was already corrupted to the point of noticeable damage if chkdsk is trying to fix it to begin with.

This.

Accurate discussion, relevant to the question.
