Can blackberry sync email messages with Outlook?

Is it possible to sync email messages with Outlook using the blackberry desktop manager? It's a pain to have to bcc sent messages to myself if I want them to show up in Outlook.
I don't have the blackberry enterprise server, unfortunately. Any ideas?

Uh, that's one of the major selling points. Hold on.

BlackBerry® Enterprise Server isn't an option, unfortunately. ;(

I just want sent messages to goto the sent folder in Outlook without having to bcc myself.

BES Express is free. Impossible to deploy it?

Other than that ... install the BB Desktop Manager and let it sink its hooks into Outlook?

I'm currently using desktop manager, but it doesn't appear to sync email messages - only the calendar and contacts sync.

it is possible, as that is what I do. In the Redirector settings it asks how you want to handle email.

No. I have bb desktop manager on a laptop. Not sure how this would sync messages with Outlook.

you need Redirector.
