Can Asus A8N-SLI Premium support 7950GX2 in SLI?

Hey guys, I've been out of the loop for a while and was wodnering if my A8N-SLI Premium could support dual 7950GX2s maybe even 8800GTXs. I know my board doesn't run 16X in both PCI-E slots but can I run SLI with 7950GX2s at 8X each? I appologize for my ignorance, school has been keeping out of the Technological loop. Any help on this is greatly appreciated
