so i don't have time to work out

why?

don't sleep until 11 or do your workout after the office... what do you do after you come home? do you go to the bed immediatelly?
according to your wake up time it seems that you don't go to bed very early....

Concerning what type of workout you can do at home, i would recommend a set of dumbbells with adjustable weight (in the beginning you will improve fast) and a pull-up bar.

With this equipment you can do a good full-body workout consisting of push-ups, pull-ups, dumbbell squats/deadlifts, situps, dips etc etc....

I would think something like P90X would be a good (although pretty serious) way to go. There was a thread just at the top a few hours ago about what equipment a home gym needed and someone posted a link to a few body-weight workout programs.

What is your schedule like? If you don't get up until 11 I'd think you could find an hour a few evenings a week to hit the gym.

First thing I would do is get rid of all the excuses! I would highly recommend joining a gym. It sounds like you are not exercising at all. Almost anything would be great exercise. Push Ups, Body Weight Exercises (squats, etc.), running, jumping rope.

There is no magic trick to working out at home or any place in particular. You just have to make the decision to just do it. These days I find that most people will have to make sacrifices to find time to work out. Those sacrifices are the hardest part of getting fit, but once you change your daily routine they aren't sacrifices. They just become part of life.

Nike had one thing right many many years ago. "Just do it."

If it's really important to you, you'll make time. Wake up at 9 instead of 11. Go to bed earlier to compensate. You may feel like you're "missing out" on something else that you do regularly 'till 2 A.M. every night, but EVERYONE who works out has to subtract that time from their free time. You DO have time, you're just likely spending on less beneficial things.

Now, a poster above suggested a set of adjustable dumbells and a pullup bar. That's good. I recommend the iron gym for a doorway mounted pullup bar. For dumbells I personally prefer the dumbell handles that you add weight plates to to increase the resistance rather than the adjustable type that usually don't come in high weights for reasonable prices. You have to swap out the weight manually on the regular dumbell handles, but you get the luxury of being able to buy weight as you need it when your strength increases over time. I also recommend getting a stable bench on which to perform your exercises.

My schedule often looks the same, and while it can be tough to fit in gym time on the longer days, I make sure that it happens. Also, keep in mind that a trip to the gym doesn't haven't be excessively time-consuming...if you plan your workout right, you could be in and out in an hour or less.

However, if you're dead-set against joining a gym, but are serious about working out, then something like p90x may actually do you some significant good. Mostly because it's a pre-packaged plan that helps keep track of most everything for you, from what I've been able to gather.
