I'm planning on upgrading and using this mobo with an Athlon xp 1800+ or 1900+.

I really don't no too much about mobos and it seems to be in the right price-range. any info would be much appreciated.

why not go for the Soltek 75CRV5? uses the KT333 chipset, which is a little faster. it seems to get good reviews (here's one). and i just helped my brother upgrade his computer with it last week -- we had no problems at all and it runs very stable.
