Since sp2 is still beta stage, you will notice there is no option to unarchive file. That should give you clue about restore the archived file.

GO into your windows directory. Check for the blue folder with name like $NtUninstallXXsp2XX$. get into that folder and you will see another folder spuninst. Inside there, you can execute the file and uninstall the sp2 beta.

You have to call up Microsoft and request a de-activation key
