Can anyone tell if the Enermax EG351P-VE is as quiet as the EG451P-VE ??

I'm seriously thinking of buying this power supply to replace the PSU in my SuperMicro SC-750 tower case. I just want to know if the EG451P-VE is as "whisper" quiest as it's little brother?
