Can anyone spare me 12 cents by Paypal - **GOT IT**

I need to pay by Paypal for a new video card I just bought online.
I need this ASAP and my account is short by 12 cents!
I just tried an instant transfer from my bank account but their system seem to be having problems.

I really don't want to cause a 4 day delay by using an E-check...over 12 cents. 🙁
Can anyone please lend me?
