Can anyone recommend a sleek hex editor?

I am looking for a hex editor that is a single executable (no need to install) and can run off a floppy... either for DOS or for Windows. No fanciness required... just the ability to open, edit, save.

XVI32 is a slick little editor that meets all your requirements except being able to run in DOS. Hope this helps a little.
