i say you go with the xp-120 with a panaflo high rpm fan. this might not be the most quiet fan but with the use of a fan controller you can set the rpm low. this shouldn't cost more than $56. go to bestbyteinc.com to get the xp-120 for $43 and get a panaflo fan for $13 or you can get the low rpm panaflo fan for $15 for a total of ($43 + $15 = $58).
