Can anyone identify this CPU?

Let's see if the smart brains at Anandtech can help me out with this one...

I'm at work and I just found a CPU laying around. There's a heatsink on top so I can't tell what type it is. I know it is a PII, but what MHz?

On the chip it says...
25075520CD
A4 516
Intel C 92,93
A80602-90
SX968

It would be great if someone could help me with this. Thanks!

I will guess a 90 Mhz looking at the A80602-90 number. It's just a guess though.

hmm, ive been looking at some PII specs at Intel.com, I cant find an exact match on the format you gave, but the closest so far suggests you have a 250mhz chip, default voltage of 2.0 volts, 75mhz bus, though i may be looking at the totally wrong spec, I'll keep looking.....

look on page 11 and 12 of the following pdf: this may help
http://developer.intel.com/design/pentiumii/specupdt/24333736.pdf

ya, speedykev's answer looks a lot better than mine, hes probably right

Whoops, I dunno why I thought it was PII... yeah I'm sure you're right if so many people said it's a P90 :). Thanks (I guess... it's only a P90 :( ;)).

I'd need to know what kind of packaging...

SECC = PII
PGA = Pentium

My guess by the 92, 93 Copyright would be a Pentium Classic. A P6 architecture chip would be copyright 1995 I would guess.
