I used to be able to way back when I was young. Have not tried it in a long time. I could place an object on my desk and actually draw it pretty decently, or reproduce a photograph in pencil.
 
I used to draw (see an object and put on paper with a pencil) in my younger years. Post the picture and see how it goes. :hmm:
 
I probably could, but really since you want it done better, it depends completely on how good the original is

Strange request though, why would you want something re-drawn? Im curious about what it is
 
The pic does matter. A simple image might be easy and quick to draw why something more complex might take hours. You going to pay an hourly rate? People want to see how much work a job might require before they commit to helping...
