Can anyone help with my OC

Well I built this comp about 3 or 4 months ago. The highest OC I was able to get was 360x7 on my 6300. Ive been running this since. But now since there are some games on the horizon and ill probably be upgrading to a dx10 card soon I wanna get the most possible out of this chip. Here is what I have:

e6300
asus p5b-e
crucial 10th anni ram
AC7 pro
liberty 500w

I have only been able to get a max of 360x7 with this, anything higher and orthos will fail in 3 seconds, kinda odd. Ive tried everything I can think of, just not sure what is wrong. would love to get 3ghz or more out of this as I know its more than possible. anyone can help?

1. Disable:
- ?Limit CPUID Max to 3?
- ?C1E?
- ?EIST?
- Virtualization Technology
- No-Execute Memory Protect
- any ?spread spectrum?
- any overvoltage protection
- any other thing you don?t use
2. Set:
- PCI Express (PCIe) frequency @100Mhz
- PCI frequency @33Mhz
- DRAM/DIMM Voltage (vDIMM) to 2.1V or 2.2V if specified by RAM (+0.3V or +0.4V)
- CPU Voltage (vCore) to 1.4v
- CPU Host Clock/Frequency (FSB) to 333Mhz
- CPU Clock Ratio or Multiplier to the default value, x9
- DRAM Freqfency to 533MHz(266MHz DDR), tCL=5, tRCD=5, tRP=5, tRAS=15
3. Increase:
- MCH Voltage (vMCH) by +0.1V
- FSB Voltage (vFSB) by +0.2V
- SB Voltage (vICH) by +0.1V from default-lowest value
4. Further attempts:
- Up even more FSB by 5Mhz increasement
- Up even more vCore if needed by 0.025V increasement
5. Stability test:
You will need the following programs: CPU-Z, Prime95, Core Temp, SpeedFan
a) Fire up CPU-Z and keep it running in the background to monitor clock speed
b) Fire up Core Temp to monitor temperature
c) Fire up SpeedFan to monitor voltages
d) Run dual instances of Prime95 in torture mode for 2 hours
If stable go to Part 4-Further Attempts, if not go back to last stable frequency.
6. Finalising:
-Lower vCore by one notch at a time until lowest possible while maintaining the same stableness
-Do the same for vMCH, vFSB, vICH, DRAM after the above step is completed
-Record the BIOS settings which works
