sorry, i accidentally het enter after the title,

heres the deal, the prosecutor wont let me see the officers notes of the citation. i need these notes to try and defend myself from a ticket that i shouldnt have gotten. the attorneys office says i need to send in a motion for discovery but i cant find any examples that i can use as a guide.
