Pretty please. Been outta the game for a while.

I want to run google sketch up, adobe cs5, and auto cad.

Looking to spend ~$500-700.

Thanks!

Edit: I made a similar topic a bit ago about a SFF pc, but that didn't seem possible for the budget. Since things are so diff. between the two form factors I figured a new topic would be appropriate.

An $800 Sandy Bridge system (i5-2500 quad-core, P67 mobo, videocard) is going to be faster than the AMDs at least until the AMD "Bulldozer" chips come out in June, maybe even then.

A $500-600 quad-core AMD system is going to be faster than the dual-core intel you'll have to settle for at that price.

So: are you willing to wait a month for Sandy Bridge and possibly go a bit above your $700 limit?

Man, I'll have to ask him. It's a pain in my ass because he thinks this is all instant and wants it now. Really annoying.

Anyone know where I could get a desktop thats been refurbished or something with specifications like this to keep down costs?

Is this system worth $639?

For AutoCAD, you're going to want at least some type of discrete GPU unless you're talking about very basic models (or 2D drawings).
