Thing looks great in MS Word, fantastic on PDF, but rubbish on any career site.

Specifically

1) Stuff in the blue circle. Why is it there? How do I get rid of? It's not there when it's viewed in MS Word.

2) How do I get the yellow boxes aligned with school and company names? It looks great in MS Word, but Careerbuilder really messes them up.

Any suggestion?
