Hello.I kinda new here to the Hot Deals and I have been hearing off and on about a Brags and Moans place that the mods have.Yesterday I had my post locked and I still dont fully understand why.As some of you know I was sharing some problems I was haveing with a well known store and basicly thought I was doing the right thing by alerting everyone to those problems in case anyone else was haveing similar ones.Do to my apparent ignorance to ALL the procedures here is why it was locked but on the other hand is this place completly run on ship shape stern set of rules,I hope not.What good would it be just to post hot deals and not to expect some of them to become sour and when that happens to you just to keep it to yourself only.
So I guess that must be why the Brags and Moans place is in the forum where those issues should be placed,I realy dont know yet cause I havent got that far into reading about it,which I plan on doing.In the mean time could I ask from now on that if a mod is going to lock someones post that they would at least explain in some kind of statement as to why,where people like me (kinda new ) can understand whats up.We are not all equal as to our understanding of everthing and in life I have found when put in a position of authority that is best to try and inform people that I have a responsibilty for, to simply make it clear what is and isnt appropriate about any rules and to do so in a way that doesnt insult the person integrity.I would rather be told bad news than not being told anything.Mods Im not trying to be a problem,just part of the solution.I think if I was a mod that I would probaly if aloud use the private message feature hear and let anyone thats out of line with the rules know whats up,but at least post it where the offender and any other uniform people will learn from it.
