Can anyone give me lost season 2 in a nutshell.

I watched season 2 up until they had the guy jack had played soccer with(the guy that kept calling him brother) I saw the episode where they were running from that place because it would blow up or something if the alarm wasnt reset every day or so?

Basically the same thing as season one. The main difference is that now they are more Lost.
