Can anyone give me a recommendation for someone to build a professional website?

I'm looking to build a professional quality insurance services website. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone to build it? I would like someone with references and does a quality job. I want my customers to see a state of the art website.

I'm looking to roll out my website in a few months or so.
