I was suppose to pick up my grand parents at JFK today at 1PM, but the flight was diverted to Toronto. I would like to talk to someone from Cathay Pacific to find out more about the situation. I can't seem to find a contact number to talk to someone at Cathay.

Can anyone help me find a local number to contact Cathay Pacific?

The 800 number does not work. I tried calling it to see if I could find some additional info for the OP.

Call the 905 number, it's long distance to Mississauga. There should be someone there.

Since you have a computer handy, try googling "Pearson International Airport". Or go to www.gtaa.com.

Website has arrivals/departures and I'm sure a phone number. Oh, and you can type in your airline.

Thanks for your replies, especially skywhr, i've contacted those numbers. the Terminal 3 (416-776-7751) number connected me to someone but all they could do was give me two numbers that would connect me to automated machines(i've called already), the 1800-268-6868(does not work) and 18883381668 number.

Perhaps Sundays aren't good for an emergency at Cathay Pacific...

I need someone to talk to...not a machine. argh
