I'm guessing a refugee raped somebody, so some group has taken up the fight of trying to get all refugess banned from entering Finland?

A refugee raped somebody AND got off easy because they're refugees (whether that's cuz they're not naturalized or whatever I don't know) so now a group is making a big deal about it.

But it looks like it's in this foreign country where the refugees are and it is telling people they can get away with it in Finland?

well it does say rape, but nothing about getting caught before/after raping. So, naturally you can do that in Finland or anywhere in the world. Rape is universal.

Strange. When I look up Vihreat I get that they are the Green political party of Finland. It could just be a poor area of Finland where that picture is taken. Not sure though.

Please excuse the stereotypes but look at the people in the lower part of the picture. Based on their skin color and attire I would say it's an area more like Haiti or something like that.

A lot of Europe has a history of segregating refugees in their country from the "good European people" in camps where the conditions aren't what you would expect from first world nations.
