BTW folks, he replied to my PM and said it's a routing issue, and that he'd contact DeviousTrap here about it.

I have to do that on my blackberry, kinda annoying. I dont remember having to do that on my old flip phone though, so I think it might have to do with how it goes through the blackberry servers.
