Can anyone else not reach bbzzdd?

I can't load any images or pages from pics.bbzzdd.com, nor can I ping or tracert the site. This is happening to me in Chicago both at work and at home, so two different ISPs (Comcast, and DLS). Anyone else having problems?

I can't connect to the site either. As a mater of fact, FireFox freezes for over 30 secs everytime i try to reach the site.

Dead for me - I did a little investigation and the bbzzdd.com domain is delegated to some nameservers that I can't resolve an IP for - dns1.hostingthing.us and dns2.hostingthing.us.

Working for me, they probably turned on the cool filter so only people in irc can access it.

This has been an ongoing problem. I am almost never able to reach the site on computers which lack that entry to their HOSTS file.

Why after all these years has this suddenly become necessary?

What has recently changed? Does anybody know?

People have been having problems like this for years as far as bbzzdd.com goes.
