Be a bit more specific on your work experience...for example what exactly did you do to help the launch of website, web design, setup...etc, could be valuable experience.

Also quantify result, for example, you wrote game review with how many hits/day?? Number of office computer you setup on the LAN..etc

Put stuff like working in a team, being a leader configuring the LAN...helping user to learn the technology...etc...the SOFT stuff....company likes that.
