Can anyone confirm the memory speed on the Inno3d GF3 Ti200?

I just read a review at Tweaker's Asylum saying it only had 5ns memory. However, I've seen people on the forum say it has 3.8ns memory. Does anyone know for sure what the memory speed is? Thanks.

You could email inno3d tech support to make sure. Or you could pull off a heatsink and check yourself. I thought all ti200's came with 4ns chips.

to figure out what speed your memory is you can simply see how fast it overclocks...
2/5x10-9 = 400MHz DDR Hz is simply 1/seconds

i overclocked my inno3d ti200 to 520 MHz without any problems

that translates to about 3.8ns memory... definitely not five
