Those are the only hours on the page. Presumably, those are the prof's hours.

MATH 134/2
FALL 2005
LINEAR AND NONLINEAR SYSTEMS OF DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Instructor: G.Eskin
MWF 2-3 pm Room:MS 5127

Office:MS 6917, Office hours: M 3:30 - 4:30, W 3:30 -4:30.

Textbook: S.H.Strogatz, Nonlinear dynamics and chaos. We shall cover most of Chapters 2-7 and the first half of Chapter 8.

There will be one midterm exam (during the sixth week of classes) and the final exam.

Grading
The grading policy:

1.Homework:15% of total grade,
2.Midterm:35%
3.Final exam:50%

Alternative grading:
1.Homework:15%
2.Final exam:85%

I shall choose the best of these two alternatives. There will be no makeup midterm exams. No calculators, books or notes are allowed during the exams.

Homeworks will be assigned on Fridays and will be collected the following Friday in the class.

Ok that just hit me too. What was I saying. I'm off campus on SBC DSL. I know for a fact that our network uses Cogent in the backbone. But I'm sure UCLA uses the same network that's backed by CA for all educational institutes. I think that may be why....
