US history? How about Ulysses Grant? I don't recall if he was corrupt, or if his gov't was corrupt.

history remembers him as the victim of corrupt advisers. His only fault during his scandal-riddled presidency seems to be an inability to judge the character of those around him.

What's your definition of corrupt in this case?

I know my definition is not the right definition, I just mean truly terrible people who ran countries. I shouldn't have used the word corrupt.

In that case, Hussein would be no higher than about 40 or 50 on the list. Stalin, Pol Pot, and Hitler would be in my top five (I'm leaving room for ancient rulers who were just as bad or worse).

I would say feeling toward those 2 went a little past "dislike".

I would then add George W Bush and John Howard to the list....oh and lets not forget the worst Aussie PM of all time...Paul Keating

wanting to free a country from an evil dictator is morally corrupt?

Funny, I don't remember that being one of the reasons we were sold on the war. I seem to remember Bush in 2000 saying that we shouldn't be the world's police.

FLIP FLOP FLIP FLOP.

GWB makes the list. In fact, most of his cabinet makes the list. Absolute criminal scum. And I'm NOT a democrat.
