A 1 bedroom for under $1200 wow, is it really that tough to find a 1 bedroom for that much. I'm currently deciding between several 3 bedroom houses for rent for under $1200

I'm renting my apartment from these guys http://www.equityapartments.com/ and they own property in Cali too. They have a nice option in the lease that allows you to transfer your lease to any other property they own if you move no questions asked.

don't live in west LA unless your job is like 5 min away. check out korea town for cheaper rent (while it last). there's convenient access to the westside with the metro rapid buses.

I work in santa monica and the traffic has been really ruining my life. I need something no further east than fairfax, no further south than LAX, and no further north than the mountains, and no further west than the ocean.
