Have you ever seen an Error like this, what ought I do???

This may not be helpful but I would just remove the h+ from the device manager and any software and reboot. If I remeber correctly win2k installed drivers for me and I just installed the drivers from their homepage.
This may be what you've already done but this is what worked for me.
good luck with it.

Win2K needs a digital signature, right, and that is where I am stuck, windows is looking for a file called <<rmquasar.sy_>>...

I don't have such file, but this <<rmquasar.sys>>, and that one doesn't do the job... I cannot install the drivers...

Try this,
Remove the H+ from the Device Manager and reboot. Download the latest drivers from Sigma's site and upzip it to a temporary folder. Once that is done, Go into device manger and double click on Sigma Hollywood Plus, then click Update Driver, and simply point it to the folder where you unziped the drivers. It will most likely give you warnings about the drivers not being digital signed, but no worries you can still load the drivers.

Hope this helps,
