the first anti christ was Bob Samuelson. What made him the first was because he so effectively went down Niagra Falls in a barrel and survived many times.

the second anti christ is the fourth founding member of the Harlem Globetrotters; he commited the most fouls in every game.

My point is that all of this is apocalyptic jibberish. The only way it is true is if we assign meaning to it and change our behaviors in a way that makes it become true. I am sure that if you look around, hundreds of different groups have identified hundreds of different "antichrists" -- this has happened throughout history. People -- the FUTURE IS NOT SET IN STONE. What we did yesterday and DO TODAY will in large part determine the future. Don't get swept up in apocalyptic hysteria -- it is targeted to our greatest fears and dissatisfactions and can be a VERY dangerous thing.

I believe he's referring to Nostradamus(sp) when he says 3.
It is believed that Napoleon and Hitler were the first 2 that Nostradamus referred to in his writings.

ChrichtonsGirl,

I thought it was my ex Mother-In-Law. Does that mean we're somehow related?

I assume the "3rd antichrist" refers to the prophesies of Nostradamus. The common interpretation of Nostradamus' work is that Napoleon was the first antichrist and Hitler was the second.
I had always assumed Ted Kennedy was the third...:p

This site has a good list of potential candidates...

IMHO, Barney the Dinosaur is the most likely candidate,
this fellow explains the case against the purple demon much better than i ever could....

Agreed.

It's no wonder that religion is superstition's brother (or sister :p ).
