Can animals get married??

I know they can have kids by each other but I'm sitting here picturing and imagining a father lion and a mother lion and some kids..is that considered an animal married couple? of which animal species is there the most monogomy? Do you think domestic animals are less stable (ie dogs in residential neighborhoods). Which animal type is the most nurturing (male animals). I hear Apes and monkeys are pretty close-knit.

In the US animals can not give consent, therefore they can not enter into contracts, including marriage.
As for your other questions, practically no animals are fully monogamous, and the more we study the more we find that the ones we thought were monogamous actually are not.
