His wife wouldn't let him come out today.....he's supposed to be cutting the lawn.

I hear they make good pets did you try to pet them OMG they're so cute and fuzzy and stuff.

:p

I once saw someone punt a goose. :Q

:p

Geese can be good pets for a couple months each year... but in the spring, they're quite aggressive. (Ask my neighbor... huge bruise where it bit her leg). Did I mention the sh*t? Goose sh*t? And more goose sh*t. Everywhere. I think they ate 10% food, 90% dirt, and turned it all into fecal material.

I'm glad to be rid of the goose. (But still have momma duck... bred her this spring and had 5 baby ducks too, just recently sent the cute little things off to a new home)

Did I mention goose sh*t everywhere?

Ducks mate and stay together for life. So, in my opinion, when I see ducks with babies, they are married :)

Can animals get married??

Yes, but lions aren't the right example. Things are just not right with lions in that respect. Today I occasionally watched something about the gulls, how they can have one and the same partner for up to 20 years. These birds, you see, they generally live a lonely life, then when it's about spring time they join their pair and sit on eggs, each time with the same mate (if they're still alive, of course, b/c death among gulls at an early age isn't anything out of ordinary). And those scientists had records of one pair mating each spring for a consequent 20 years! If that's not a marriage I don't know what it is.
