I need to run 2 different versions of Music Match Jukebox. The newer version wont work with my MP3 player but I like it better. I was thinking if I partitioned I could run the older version for the MP3 player and the newer version for listening to music on the PC.
The OS is XP Pro.

Where the files are stored probably isn't as big of a deal as what registry keys it uses.

Try running the install, but specify a different folder. If that doesn't work then putting them on different partitions won't either.

I tried installing both programs to different folders but neither will run if both are installed. Must be the registry issue you raised.
Thanks for the reply.

I'll take another look when I get home. I'm a bit behind on my Music Match upgrades.

Is it just me or does Music Match upgrade like every other week?? Drives me nuts.

It's auto tagging is still the best shiznit out there. Hands down.

If it's registry problems then installing it to different partitions won't work either as you still have only ONE registry unless you have multiple OS's.
