Can a women tell that you just glanced at her chest?

No, no, you need a really tall woman. Then you have to look past her chest to see her eyes anyway. Just shift your eyes a couple of degrees, that's all it takes.
 
They can tell, so you look at them while your NOT talking to them. for example: "thats a nice necklace you have on" *stare at chest, glance at necklace, start at chest, and say something about the necklace*

some girls just love the attention, i always notice the ones that keep glacing at me to check to see if i'm lookn or not, those are the ones i try not to look at so i dont give them the satisfaction, but not looking actually requires quite a bit of energy and consious thought.
although i can always feel when people are lookn at me and it is kinda uncomfortable, happend the other day when i went to the pool and hot tub so i imagine for women its like 10x's worse
 
some girls love the attention and try to get guys to squirm.. others are turned off immediately by it...

Thats why i always glance at them.. when they're far away and walking towards me.. then they can't figure out
what you're looking at.. or sneak a peak at the ta'ta's and the whole package.. while their head is turned... but
personally im more of a bootie many myself.. i get bored with ta'ta's after a while.. theres only so much you can do...

An awesome sample (tight low cut button popper) and a large database = transfixed :Q

i actually knew 2 guys before that would not and did not look at women like that...both were religious, one had g/f, other married but if i didnt know them i'd call em gay and we worked construction so obviously these 2 didnt belong

we used to trick them into turning and looking at some hot chick and both would get mad, the one guy grabbed my boobie calender from the truck and threw it out the window! freakjob

both were heavily religous though and everyone i met that lets a religion run their lives is always weird in a way i cant explain socially, but its true..zealousy is a mental disease. freakjobs for short
 
Not only do they know, they want you to, because the power to decide whether to "justifiably" get mad at you for doing it, or let you off the hook cause they're sexually interested in you gives them a little thrill...

Sorry you had such a bad experience with religious people. Overly religious people are only causing themselves heartache and pain. Ecclesiastes 7:16 "Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise? why destroy yourself?"
 
The real question is
What do you do if you're with two girls and one girl says to her friend "check out my new shirt".. is it save to look? stare?
is it odd not to? is it an invitation?

Lol Exactly. I have been in many situations where I've been talking to a girl (mabey a 7.5 or above) without even remotely thinking of sex. My eyes still dart down once or twice. I've found the best thing to do is either make a flirty joke about it or keep talking like nothing happend.
