Can a Thermalright SK6 be used with a P4 1.6A?

only if P4s have the little cleats on the edges of the Socket. Last I had heard, P4 heatsinks attached to the motherboard or case or something.
 
P4's use an entirely new & different heatsink mounting system, don't buy anything not specifically made for P4 systems.
