Can a teacher get in problem, if he/she calls you a liar?

I'll be student teaching in the spring semester and plan to photocopy all tests, though I will tell them that I will do so. Studies have shown that cheaters are the ones who really care about class and grades in the first place, so it's sad to see it happen, but it's better they learn in HS than college where it could be lethal to their college career.
