Can a radiator be mounted upside down-or doesnt it matter?

I have the Swiftech Apex and finding the hardest part is trying to mount the raditor on the back of the case. I found it would work pretty good if I could turn it upside down and have the hoses at the bottom. Heres a picture of how they want it picture I just want to turn it upside down. Does it matter?

No difference.

It's a 2 pass rad, so the water will travel up, then down. If it were right side up, the water would go down, then up. Zero sum equation.

The only difference will be bleeding air. With the outlets at the top, as air accumulates in the radiator (it will over time to some degree), the air is pushed out of the outlets and ends up getting trapped in the resevior (sp?). With the outlets at the bottom, you have a better chance of air getting trapped at the top of your radiator.

Will it be a problem? I have no idea. Too many variables (water velocity, construction of the baffles in the radiator, etc.)
