Can a public school legally ask for home utility bills?

1. Umm, the economy is down and houses here are still going for $700K+

hmm on #3 not sure u can try that.Don't know anyone that ever tryed that but i guess u could.

Use someone else's address and say they are taking care of you. Your excuse can be that your parents are traveling and you are in the care of family friends. If they ask where are they traving too just mumble some country only 15 human beings know where it is.

Be aware that some schools have the right to visit your home during certain to verify your address.

physics has a lot of math in man if you do calculas based physics you'll learn more math then you would in a math class.

It will never fly saying you are staying with a friend. The school is interested in where the tax money is coming from. If your parents are paying taxes to township A, township B isn't going to want you going there regardless of who you are crashing with.

Honestly, my mom works for a school administration. This stuff happens all the time and it's rather easy to spot.

forgot to mention that.But not sure about your school the school that i used to go the policy was they could check if u were their from 9 pm till 5 am.So basically they never checked.At least i never hird anyone being checked.
