I am, as we speak, looking at a .txt file on a Mac Mini.

He's not lying - it only works on the Mac Mini. .Txt isn't supported on the Big Mac:

You could have been fooling us all this time. A PC in Mac clothing sort of thing. You can't trust anyone on the internet these days... Except for me of course, I am totally trustworthy, for I am a Nigerian Prince.

I know right? Why did I even spend $3g's on this POS MBP when my 10 year old Gateway laptop can copy/paste. FUCK. THIS. HIPSTER. DISEASE.
 
end of line characters may be different. depending on the editors you use it might be an issue. e.g. you save it in mac it becomes unreadable in notepad (but more advanced edtors like notepad++ can handle it).
