Haha yes, if Texans are known for one thing it's a distaste for pork, which is why they repeatedly elected Tom DeLay, who helped preside over some of the most infamously corrupt congresses in recent history.

Lol.
Texas. It's political motto is do as I say, not as I do.

Didnt the USA just give money in the $billions to people on the East Coast in New York City? We all live in the same country.

We also gave a lot of money to people after Katrina in Louisiana.

I would like to see a comparison of these three hurricanes.

I wonder how Florida will deal with the current hurricane? I am hoping it doesnt drop 50+ inches of rain. However, much of Florida little more than swamp land.

There was a hurricane that cut horizontally across central Florida and in one area it tore the roof of every house like match sticks. That was Andrew, I think.

At one time I lived in Billoxi, Mississippi. I dont know how we managed to miss most of the Hurricanes down there. That was a long time ago.

Biloxi is Hurricane City...brushed or hit by one every couple of years...including a visit by "A Lady called Camille."
