Lol, the Washington Post. Yeah they'll tell the truth about politics...........not.

Hahaha, you replied far too quickly to have even undertaken a cursory reading of what I linked but already declared it a lie. Like I said, I'm totally unsurprised at your lack of interest in facts that tell you things you don't want to hear or honesty to admit when you got it wrong.

Right wing blog post? SOUNDS LEGIT.
One of the most prestigious newspapers in the country? LIES, ALL LIES.

lol.

My link specifies 1/2, your link uses the 2/3 number. And yes, I no longer consider the Wasteington Post a reliable source. Thanks for not bothering to link the Times or CNN.

Bullshit, just because you lie about something doesn't "debunk" it. You can lie all you want.
I read through the bill, nothing jumped out at me as 'porky'. Just because a senator in a position to be defending himself is claiming he was in the right doesn't make it so. Read through the bill and find what features look like pork to you, then post them here.

Yes, like I said, you believe blogs from right wing activist groups over newspapers. This is because you evaluate the credibility of sources based on them telling you what you want to hear.

To test the credibility of our fearless blogger I decided to take one of the claims, which was $821 million for dredging waterways not related to Sandy. Shockingly enough, this is a lie. The $821 million was for ALL dredging work and army corps repair projects, not for non-Sandy related dredging work alone.

That's literally the first claim I checked and it was so obviously false it took less than 5 minutes to find out.

Now that you've learned that blogger lied to you, I'm sure you will change your opinion accordingly. Hahaha, just kidding. :)

You poor thing. So oppressed. Damn those evil Unions providing relief & fighting for higher wages!
And ripping off a disaster relief fund to do it! Yes I think it's fucked that people who actually think their donations are going to disaster victims are being lied to by Big Union and Big Democrat crooks who steal the money and use it for union and political purposes.

Hey, dingus, you gonna respond with what provisions from the 2013 disaster relief act you are in contention with? Or misdirect your way off a cliff?

Given the nature of what happens when Repubs start grandstanding over the budget it's probably important to pass the vital stuff while you can...

Taj is just here to defend the shitty record of Repubs when it comes to helping fellow Americans in need. I doubt we'll see that sort of behavior from Dems over Harvey.

Aren't you the ass clown that thinks you can demand a treatise at any time from a poster and thinks they have some sort of obligation to jump when you say frog? Yeah? Go fuck yourself.
Sorry, aren't you the one carpet bombing talking points across half of P&N without forming your own informed opinion regarding anything?

You argue like a child.

Let's be honest here, even if he does find those provisions it's going to be him parroting a right wing blog from somewhere. It's almost certain to be filled with mistakes and/or lies but do you really think he will change his mind even if confronted by undeniable proof? I mean... really?

He rejects the New York Times and Washington Post categorically but uncritically accepts blog posts from Heritage Foundation staffers. These are not the actions of someone who is interested in anything more than hearing what he wants to hear. He's not rational enough to get through to.

You're right about the Heritage Foundation staffers and the biased journalists from the Times and the Post. The difference is that the HF staffers are honest about their biases.

Nope, part of it is that i've been working at a shelter for the last couple of days, our son is working a boat with a neighbor and our grandkids are out of school bouncing between our house and their parents house.. I'm kinda busy.

Post-truth, Baby! Facts don't matter unless they're alternative facts from the well paid bloviators of right wing billionaires.
