Can a computer turn on with out a CPU Heatsink and a Hardrive?

ps. BTW i have 74gd raptor, and i need to get a stuck screw out from the bottom, i tried to get it out with a strong magnet my dad had, anyone have anyother tips of how i can get it out. Becasue i tried with the magnet but no matter ho much i rubed it against the raptor, it couldn't extract the screw. Thanks in advance.

I come here trying to help people pick things out and solve problems on a daily basis and I know for a fact that some people would not know better. There are people that actually do stuff like this, Gl4di4tor. I come here trying to help people pick things out and solve problems on a daily basis and I know for a fact that some people would not know better. And Gl4di4tor, I'm sorry, but isn't this you posting a non-trolling thread about getting temperature readings of >100C (something along the lines of "oh noes, my temperature sensor is reading 102C!"). Given your track record, how could anyone assume that you wouldn't be stupid enough to try running your system without the HS 😉?

wait that was legit. I discover that there was something wrong with the Neo3's temp sensors. So I don't know what ur trying to even prove.

I'm pointing out the fact that you've run into...unusual problems in the past, so I don't think anyone could put it past you to post this thread legitimately. It's no more obvious that you don't run a computer without a HS, than it is obvious that a computer can't run at 100C and it's clearly a problem with the sensor itself.
