A friend of mine called that once. Unfortunately they just told him to call the local PD to report the violation (it had nothing to do with underage drinking). I never found out why they couldn't have handeled it through Crimestoppers.

Oh yeah? I haven't used it (or even seen it used), so I'm not sure exactly how it works. I assumed that either dispatch took the call or the call would just be forwarded to the PD. Strange.
