Cameras to Cars

I was thinking about this on the way to work. How would you guys pair them?

I was thinking Leica could be like BMW or Mercedes, Olympus could be like Toyota (sometimes innovative, but locks you into a system - Like Olympus' 4/3 system and Toyota's TRD), and maybe Canon could be like Ford 😉, jk.

How would you guys pair them?

How about Canon = mazda? Rebel XT and RX-8 are almost equally fugly.

Canon == Mini. Rebel XT is just too small. Seriously though, Canon == GM. All the money, but no real innovation.

Leica == All Silver Audi....... with carbon fiber racing seats, a 75 BHP engine that gets 5MPG, the cornering of an 18-wheeler. But hey, it has an all silver body!!!!!!! Cool to have, but not so useful.

Nikon == Toyota. Their professional cameras and lenses are great and will last forever (Lexus). Their consumer SLR system is reliable, but doesn't have the most features (plain-jane Toyota), and P&S's that are OK, but not great, and sometimes have big deal breakers (like the tC's awesome torque......... steer).

Minolta, Olympus == Honda. Very reliable with nice features and price, but not very luxurious.

Hasselblad == Ferrari. Super fancy and expensive, with very good results.

Pentax 645 == Corvette. Poor man's MF (supercar).

Leicia = Mercedes
Contax/Zeiss = BMW

Canon = Cadillac
Nikon = Lincoln

Pentax = Chevy
Yashica = Ford

Chinon = Hyundai

They're both high up in price and prestige, but Merc uses electricity.
