Cameras on the exterior of the car ie in the bodywork could be stolen without much trouble and any inside that were visable from the outside would surely attract the wrong kind of attention. The only way around this would involve having the recording device somewhere sequre.

I would suspect that the camera would be on the inside of a car and would be so small that it would be easily hidden. I'm not talking about a handheld camera but a small microscopic camera easily hidden that would be able to capture anything taking place outside the individual's car.

That's only if the person you hit had a camera in their car. If I caused the accident I wouldn't be telling the police officers that I had a camera placed in my car.

People hate being wrong so much more than they like being right.

And if everyone had one you could just as easily be incriminated by another person. It's risk/reward deal. There's more people that feel that it would be used for wrongs than for rights. Like I said above. People love to be right. But not as much as they hate to be wrong.

Just like "big brother", you would never know when someone was recording you, doesn't that count as an invasion of privicy?

Public place, no right to privacy.
